SWIFT ELEMENTARY
6:30-8:00 PM
Parents will leave with:

A phone-free weekend isn’t about escaping technology — it’s about reclaiming your attention. You’ll sleep better, think clearly, and feel more connected to what truly matters.
LEVEL ONE - Go completely PHONE FREE from Friday 5 pm to Sunday 5 pm Sunday
LEVEL TWO - Phone use is utility only - No internet, no entertainment

If parents simply reduce screen time without replacing it with meaningful, real-world experiences, it can easily feel like deprivation to kids and teens.
Our goal for this page is to highlight ongoing opportunities where children, middle schoolers, and high school students can connect face-to-face, build friendships, and enjoy life together without screens. These activities might include sports, clubs, service projects, creative gatherings, outdoor adventures, or community events.
You can help make this resource even more valuable by sharing activities (fill out form at bottom of this page) that are coming up or are regularly happening in our community. If you know of something that brings kids together in healthy, engaging ways, we’d love to include it.
Together, we can help create more spaces where young people experience connection, fun, and community—beyond their screens.
