The Phone Smart Challenge, January 2–4, 2026. Participants can choose to go completely phone-free (Level 1) or use their phones for utility only (Level 2). Like our previous challenge, we’ll be awarding prizes for those who complete their commitments. Invite friends or family to do it with you!
